The Rev. Dr. James Taylor was awarded by the Rt. Rev. Ruth Woodliff-Stanley with a “Bishop’s Cross” in recognition of his many years of commitment, dedication and volunteer service to the Diocese as Treasurer. As Bishop Woodliff-Stanley was recently consecrated as the diocesan bishop, this is the first such award she has presented. The award was a surprise, and the Rev. Dr. Taylor and his church’s delegation were attending virtually. Thank you, Bishop Ruth, for recognizing his ministry to the Diocese as Treasurer in this way.
