Event Cancellation of Fashion Show due to Corona Virus Containment

In accordance with the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other public health officials, the board of St George’s Women’s Guild has decided to cancel our fashion show scheduled for Thursday, March 26.  Naturally, we are sad to do this but we feel it is important to participate in the Corona Virus containment effort.

We had intended to donate the net proceeds of this event to Le Pelican.  So the Women’s Guild will make a contribution to this fine organization soon.

Of course, we will happily return all funds collected for the fashion show tickets and the raffle tickets we have already sold.   Please contact Sarah Ralph via email at 13sarahsal@gmail.com to figure out how to get your money back.  She also plans to be available this upcoming weekend after our Saturday service and between the Sunday services.

I want to take a moment to thank the members of the Women’s Guild Board and all the volunteers who have worked so hard to make this year’s fashion show a success.  I promise we will leverage all your hard work for next year’s fashion show.  Thank you one and all!
