Mere Christianity by CS Lewis
This is a powerful, thought provoking book, written by a brilliant, articulate writer, not a theologian. Mr. Lewis returned to Christianity after abandoning his faith to atheism. He does not detail his personal journey of faith, so as not to distract the reader. Instead, he outlines why Jesus Christ is the true Savior. This is a dense, fascinating read; it requires your 100% attention. It is definitely worthwhile!
